This wonderful southwest Portland home sits in one of the most fantastic locations possible. While you may only be a few blocks from restaurants, groceries, entertainment, and shopping, this single level retreat enjoys an enormous fenced yard, covered patio, and couldn't be better for small groups or families visiting the area with kiddos.

Most every bit of the interior was updated, upgraded, and uplifted for you. Every bit of décor and furnishing is brand new. Each piece was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your group. Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant features are the oversized windows that help bathe most of the home in a warm natural light.

Whether you are resting in one of the spacious bedrooms or playing the supersized connect four, foosball, or streaming your favorite show there is something to do for everyone here. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Portland Getaway

Cozy single level house

We had a wonderful time in this house! It was so cozy and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved the personal touches and overall modern interior design of the house. Our kids loved and enjoyed the huge front yard. They also provided more than the basic toiletries, the home has pretty much everything you will need. Management was super helpful and always responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay home

This property looks new and well maintained. Has everything you need to for the stay. We stayed with kids and they loved it due to the size of house and space around it. Overall we had great experience.

Great location getaway

My family and I wanted a place that was convenient and easy to get to all things and this property delivered! We got to the zoo, downtown for dinner, OMSI, and many other locations in under or around 15 minutes. It was so easy to go take breaks and rest in this very clean property. There was also plenty of space for everyone!

Cute Place!

The space worked really well for our group of 11 adults, beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space (more than it looks!) Communication from the hosts was also really good, they checked in, instructions were clear, and the process was seamless. There were a few really minor issues that I addressed with the host, like a tear in the couch, but I have no doubt that will be easily resolved, and understand that things can't always be handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fit our needs well

Most was as advertised, but Reno seemingly not quite finished (no handles on bathroom vanity, kitchen sink faucet quite loose, sectional couch quite damaged with stuffing/coils exposed). However it fit our needs quite well and despite it being on busy street, the location worked very well for us

Good place to stay

Overall, a nice place to stay. Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus the grandparents. Only complaint is that there seemed to be an ant problem. Traps had been set but we still saw trails of ants when we walked in… not the best first impression. Other than the ants, the house was clean. Communication with management company was consistent and easy.

Wonderful House

Clean, open and well decorated. Host was quick to respond to questions. Bedroom layout was good. Fenced yard was huge! Outside covered deck extended the common space for guests. Plenty of parking too. The house was so spacious and the 10 of us were comfortable. Inside layout had only one step so perfect for older grandpa. Lots of stores and restaurants within 5 miles. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in outskirts of Portland

Perfect place if you want a house with lots of bed space (though only 2 full bathrooms), full kitchen with all amenities, yard, deck and bbq. Pet friendly. Modern and comfortable furniture and only a few min drive into Portland. Easy parking space. Everything you need and a few extras like fusball and connect 4 for entertainment. Minor issues with tv not working properly (for some reason can’t get Netflix to stay on main tv but can use some other apps). Overall, very easy and comfortable stay.

Looks nice, lots of issues

Aesthetically very nice, bright and spacious. The beds were comfortable in most rooms except the room with double beds. However, there were a lot of issues with the property. The floors are incredibly uneven, to the point that it made a guest feel nauseous. There were lots of scratches and dirt marks on the floors, patches in the walls that were not fully fixed/painted over. The kitchen sink was wobbly, no pepper or oils in the kitchen. For the price, there were a lot of comforts missing.

Two of the seven scheduled people to stay and split the cost had to leave and find a hotel room due to the AC in 2 of the bedrooms was not even close to efficient. Paid for a pet fee to have one of the guest have their dog with them, they hot for the dog to even stay no adjustments was made. Ice machine plugged up toilet plugged up when we arrived into a hot house. layout of house was awesome. Very comfortable great location. Just way too warm. Even the creamer that was left in a dish on counter was curdled.

Great location and wonderful yard

We came for a dog show and the yard was just what the doggos needed to stretch their legs after each night. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and everything was as advertised.

Overall very pleased

The property is fantastic, it has a large yard, beautiful deck, and ample parking. The interior is as pictured and described, ample dishes and dish-wear. Spices and coffee were also available, nothing special but made things easy on day one when we weren’t settled in. The location is very convenient, right off Highway access making it easy to go on excursions, splitting the difference between Portland and our primary location of interest of Forrest Grove. The main drawback is SW 91st is rather busy, and the driveway is right below the crest of a somewhat blind hill. This makes for challenging merging at times, and advisably easier entrance to the property when traveling east. Noting an item that needs immediate attention is the shower floor in what I’ll call the primary bathroom. This is the bathroom located by the cluster of three bedrooms. The floor around the drain is completely failing and needs replacing. We took specific caution when showering. The bathroom off of the kitchen does not have a solid door seal so water pools outside the shower next to the toilet, this isn’t an immediate issue but should be addressed. Lastly, even with the heater in the converted garage, the two teens sleeping in there did get a little chilly. Aside from the one shower issue this was a fantastic experience. We all agreed we would stay again.

Family House

The house is nice, it had everything we needed. We did struggle with getting help from what i think is the property management company. When we arrived the house smelt of either cat pee or dog pee, i believe it was from the previous owners and before the renovations. The part of the house that was clearly an add on does not have heat so there were space heaters in the room to help, but the space heater was not working. I addressed these issues with the property management and they said they would resolve it by sending someone with a fix for the heater and air fresheners, but then nothing happened.

Ohana vacation

House was clean and located in a great neighborhood. The bedrooms was roomy and the beds were comfortable. My grandchildren enjoyed playing in the gated yard. Would definitely rent this house again.
