The quickest public transport option is the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro, located just 8 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of a violation (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Staying beyond the check-out time without authorization will result in a charge of €200 per hour.

If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request.

We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Just ask us (please inquire for pricing).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please inquire for pricing).

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
