"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need updating though. The one issue we had is the steepness of the stairs down to the hotel on arrival. Breakfast was typically Italian - mostly sweet. The breakfast room has a view not to be missed. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. "

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "

"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "
