Holiday house for 20 people near Posadas, in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.

It offers you the possibility of enjoying full Nature, despite being located less than two kilometers from the town. It is located in the Hornachuelos Natural Park, after crowning the famous Sierrezuela mountain range, the area most desired by all inhabitants of Posadas due to its microclimate, which provides a coolness that will make summer nights unforgettable.

This house on the outskirts in the north of Posadas has enough space for a group of 20 people to spend their vacations here; You can enjoy the company of your family on a private plot, whose icing on the cake is the fenced pool.

As soon as you enter the house, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a spacious breakfast bar that opens to the living-dining room. This huge area features a large dining table, where all members of the family can sit and enjoy tasty meals together. The living area right next to it has several sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace. Between this and the kitchen, there is the first bedroom of the six that the house has, equipped with four 90 cm single beds.

Behind the dining room, a hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub: one bedroom has a 1.35 m bed and the other has two 90 cm beds.

The last door in the living room opens to another hallway, where you will find the last three bedrooms and two bathrooms. First, you will come across a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with a shower. Another hallway leads to the third bathroom, with a shower, to a bedroom with two 1.35 m beds, and to another bedroom with two 90 cm beds and two 1.35 m beds.

The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning.

The outdoor area features a large porch with outdoor dining and barbecue, facing the magnificent fenced pool area. The sun loungers and parasols found here will allow you to relax in the sun and recharge your batteries before continuing to discover the beauties of rural Andalusia.

The house has private parking and paved access to it.
