Charming Country Cottage Near Valençay - 2 Bedrooms, Quiet Garden, Close to Loire Castles & Beauval Zoo

Looking for a peaceful, rural getaway, a chance to forget your daily routine? Joël and Odile welcome you.

Their cottage, located on a mixed-crop and livestock farm in Berry (70 dairy cows), is ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the attractions of Berry.

6 km from Valençay and its château, close to the A20, A71, and A85 motorways, near the Loire Valley châteaux, and 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. In a quiet hamlet with a small wooded garden and a large courtyard at the front, this house features, on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen with a dining area opening onto a living/dining room (TV and DVD) opening onto a terrace, a bathroom (two sinks), a toilet, and a hallway.

Upstairs: landing - 2 large bedrooms (double bed) - 1 connecting room (access to one of the two large bedrooms) with a 120x190 cm bed. Toilet with washbasin.

The cottage is equipped with an air conditioning system with reasonable consumption. You have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
Bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels included. Parking on the property.

Étape très agréable

Excellents échanges avec nos hôtes. Les enfants ont adoré les vaches! Étape très agréable à la ferme dans un gîte confortable parfaitement conforme à la description. Dommage qu’il ait plu pour la fête aux ânes à Poulaines…on reviendra sous le soleil.
