The only issue we faced is that the hotel is very isolated and the walks to the nearest train stations/towns are longer than anticipated (our own mistake). "Rooms were very spacious and the breakfast buffet was lovely if you like pastries. However staff in the hotel don’t speak English - no staff on reception upon checkout - so had issues with paying tourist tax. Could really utilise the terrace as a bar dining area and not just for breakfast use only. Could do with air conditioning in the communal area as there’s no breeze within the hotel so this was very humid when you leave your room. No bottled water available when requesting it."

"La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. "AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Thank you to StarHotels Terminus for a wonderful stay! "
