(788 条点评) The hotel provides good services, the staff provides different help whenever you need. The breakfast has variety of food. The swimming pool is also nice. The hotel was so generous to give me a free bottle of red wine. Welcome drinks and snacks are provided. I found the refrigerator has water to come out, the staff handled it quickly. However, there are some points to improve. First, the WIFI was out of services for a long time. Second, the hotel mentioned in the website that free lunch and dinner will be provided but the staff said they were not included in the room charges. Maybe, My room is a lower price one. I don't know whether I misunderstood the "free lunch and dinner". The check in process is a bit too long, I have to stay in the lobby without air con, and it was quite hot.
