Very basic, don’t expect much. The paint on the walls is peeling, we could smell the rug, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and gnats coming out of the shower’s drain. The bed was old and after a couple of days gave us a back pain. Very noisy outside and area is not safe to be out alone at night.

I’ve been really excited to stay at this hotel for the past 6 months. It had been on the top of my list due to location, bay views, and the reviews. I was somewhat disappointed though. The views were lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room felt dirty, the bed was really hard, the pillows were very uncomfortable, you couldn’t change the channel on the TV, the carpet sounded like plastic when you walked on it, and the sheets/bedding was very uncomfortable as well. For the price paid I would’ve thought I was getting far more quality than this. Wasn’t the worst place, but far from the best. I likely won’t stay again though.

"It was so lovely. We will be booking here for our next trip to San Francisco. The service, the food, the cleanliness was superior. Im not sure why anyone complained about the noise in some reviews. I could not even hear traffic in my room."
