“I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!”

The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard. The hotel is located 3 mins walk from a convenient store and 6 mins walk to the main street has lots of restaurants. The reception was available 24 hours , the staffs communicated among themselves really well, we were carefree during our stay. I highly recommend City Inn, we had a very pleasant stay!"
