The fine touch of unique imported materials throughout welcomes you inside where the Italian marble staircase is the centrepiece of the foyer. The lower level cozy family room with a wood burning stove. Upstairs the large living and dining room features western sunset views over the open sea and engineered wood floors in a rare piano finish. The home features top-tier, next-generation Bosch appliances. A basket of fresh Nova Scotia valley apples will be waiting for you in the kitchen. White-tailed deer often explore the garden, and you may wake to the cozy sound of pheasants and birds of every color wishing you good morning. Bottle of French Rêvera wine complementary for your cozy Atlantic Ocean sunset. Traveling to see the natural wonders of Prospect and surrounding areas, there is World famous Peggy's Cove it is breathtaking 20 mins drive away from home. Take a hike to the famous High Head Trail. Right next to the house there is a path that takes you through the forest to the beach on Shad Bay.
