Property had all the basics. Housekeeping only came to my room once. Called the front desk to ask their schedule and was told they come everyday for express cleaning and every 4 for total cleaning. They did oral on the first night and never returned the other 3. The front desk said they would put in an order for express cleaning (new towels, taking trash) but they still never came. At checkout, I wasn’t asked how my experience was so glad for this survey. Again, basic property. Good poker room and tournaments!

Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Conviently located on the strip. Facilities were outdated but room was nice. Lobby, casino, and elevators all smelled like cigarettes. Room service trays sat in the hallway for days at a time. However, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
