"This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didn’t even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended up leaving.
The hotels.com chat function didn’t work for us so unfortunately the hotel did receive our prepaid funds; they get our honest review in return.

"We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a room on the second floor of the house. The room was bright, private, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. Waking up to a lovely breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its facilities, especially the swimming pool, which provided a perfect escape from the afternoon heat."
