This one bedroom studio sits on the upper level of a large gated estate The large wrap around windows offer amazing panoramic views of the sea of Cortez from every window.
Walk down to the lower level to a huge beachfront sundeck with loungers, bbq grill and steps that lead you right to the beach.
Brand new unit offers a queen size bed, a large bathroom with walk in shower, beautifully adorned with Italian marble. Enjoy a cocktail at the built in wet bar including mini fridge and coffee maker. The dedicated work space is perfect for freelancers needing a quiet space to work, with high speed internet and smart tv. Stay cool with the new 1 ton mini split a/c.
