We’re thrilled to welcome you to our brand-new studio condo at Sonoran Star Resort. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following house rules.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The check-in desk is open from 7AM-11PM, check-in will not be allowed past 11PM. The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, and we ask that only registered guests use the property and resort amenities. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and present valid photo ID at check-in. While infants under the age of two are welcome and do not count toward the occupancy limit, guests must bring their own infant gear. Please note that the unit is not baby-proofed and includes a balcony, so children must be closely supervised at all times. By booking, guests accept full responsibility and waive all liability related to the safety and supervision of infants and children during their stay.
This is a non-smoking unit, and we kindly ask that all smoking be done outside and away from open doors and windows. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we ask that all guests be respectful of neighbors and fellow resort visitors. Please refrain from playing loud music or engaging in disruptive behavior. Glass is not permitted in the pool area, and all posted pool and hot tub rules must be followed. Wristbands provided at check-in must be worn at all times while on the property.
ATVs are not permitted on the beach, and trailers must be parked in designated areas as directed by resort management. Fireworks and bonfires are not allowed anywhere on the property. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the condo or its contents during their stay. Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds for outages beyond our control (such as internet, water, or power disruptions). Cancellation policies vary by booking channel - direct bookings are 50% refundable at 60 days from check-in and non-refundable at 30 days from check-in. Additional resort policies are posted throughout the property and must be observed.
