Sardinia-Villetta Bernardini-independent 150 meters from the beach- free wifi

Located in the south of Sardinia, a few kilometers from Pula and Chia, next to the Forte Village Resort at Km 39.90 in the condominium "La Pineta", the quadrisque head-of-the-villa, surrounded by pine trees. Inside there is a large living / dining room with sofas, color TV, an equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and oven. Bathroom with shower. Double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds and another double bedroom. Outside the house there is a large porch where you can organize pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The house is equipped with an external barbecue, possibility of hot outdoor shower. Garden around the house and car park. The beach can be reached on foot along the private avenue (about 200 m.). At 100m a market equipped with everything, also open on Sunday morning. Along the coast dozens of restaurants, pizzerias, various equestrian centers, discos, pubs etc. We rent weekly and monthly. As for the price, direct contact with the owner is preferred.

Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, Besteck und sonst allerlei nützlichen Sachen. Es gibt sogar Kinderspielsachen, einen Sonnenschirm, Hängematten, Liegestühle etc. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Garten ist sehr gross, ebenso die Terrasse. Gequält haben uns nur die vielen Mücken. Abends draussen zu sitzen ist unmöglich, man wird gefressen und leider gibt es nicht bei allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Wir waren aber sehr froh um die, die es gab.
