"I wanted to enjoy my stay here, but it really is just a glorified hostel, maybe 2 stars. And it seems to cater to younger people staying here long term. Kitchen facilities, pingpong, pool is nice. Room was tired, needed paint, furniture was old. Staff was pleasant enough. But the hotel had a weird, two card entry system to get in the front door, and again at the front desk. Much like a college dorm, which it essentially was. Neighborhood is nice and quiet."

"We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious."

"I like the room was of a good size. The bed was comfortable. I like the included breakfast that was very good. I like that it was safe and quiet. It is a large hotel of 12 floors and there were a lot of people checking in every day. They have a nice pool on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the area. They also have a complete gym with a spa. I didn't like that there was not a microwave or coffee maker in the room. They offer complimentary coffee downstairs on the first floor. "
