The staff at front desk, security, and in the restaurant were are friendly and helpful. The hotel is unique for sure. Only complaint about the room is that they do not allow for AC use in March so the room was extremely warm through the night. After traveling all day, we would have liked to enjoy a night cap in the lounge, but it closes at 9:30 pm. Not good.

Nice newer Best Western in Gallup - very friendly staff - planty of options for the breakfast. Hotel was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Like the fixed soaps/shampoos instread of all the bottles. Easy walking to a few restaurants. Overnight stay on road trip; would stay again.

Convenient location for business but needs renovations. Walls were very thin, could hear people on both sides of our room. Grateful the people were courteous and kept it down. Breakfast was decent but not buffet style. Beds were very comfortable.
