IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will only be provided for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required at check in to cover any damage or missing items.

The Casa Samba has 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms and was built into a bluff, overlooking the rain-forest with vast Pacific Ocean views near Playa Espadilla white sand beach. The home is situated in the perfect little neighborhood, with plenty of privacy for your next vacation. You will also enjoy that the home is very accessible to local restaurants, shops and to Manuel Antonio National Park. The National Park is more than worth a visit, not just because you are so close, but because it is home to beautiful beaches, wildlife, and amazing greenery.
THE SPACE
The villa’s multi-level living spaces all open to ocean breezes and tropical gardens with exotic sounds and scents from the local flora and fauna. This is not the typical vacation villa that was hastily built to get a quick flip. The owner actually lived in Casa Samba with his family, sparing no details to make this an original and exquisitely designed Balinese style home. Includes cathedral bamboo open beam ceilings, hand-carved stone and glazed earthenware custom sinks, custom stonework and tile, exotic hardwoods and original art from around the world.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Pacific Canyon Drive is a private gated neighborhood set-off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance.
