"They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. The rooms were luxurious with charming common areas to sit in. Being an old Haveli, it is situated in the bylanes of the busy Johari market and was a peaceful haven from the chaos outside. They operate an e-rickshaw to drop and pick up guests from the main road, the tuktuk drivers were very helpful with ensuring we got into our cabs. A beautifully restored property with charm and grace, the Padmaa was an unforgettable experience! The staff make it truly outstanding! "

Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable.
Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area.
I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also
