  • This 1040 sq.ft condo is your home away from home! . Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the belt line close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of a spacious living area with a 75" tv, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with three queen beds . Complimentary Netflix and wifi. Accommodates up to 6 , one of the best values in Raleigh!
    Please note: parties, large gatherings are strictly prohibited and and penalties apply. Lately we have been experiencing a transient cigaret smoke smell penetrating into the condo from the neighboring unit. Please DO NOT book if this is a concern for you.
