Travelers Tower should be on the must-see list of any history buff. Ask about tours or simply admire the facade of this striking building from out the front.

You'll be spoiled for sightseeing choice when in Downtown Hartford. Travelers Tower is a good place to start here, but there are plenty of other interesting sights to check out. Trinity College, Mark Twain House & Museum, and Bushnell Park are near the historic landmark and and will cap off your day nicely.

Looks abandoned from outside. Lobby very nice, has pool. Hallways dark, carpet desperately needs vacuum. Baseboards gross. Bathroom: showerhead, good pressure but bestfor somone under 5ft tall. Toilet from kindergarten. Stained ceiling. Room: bed averge, shhets clean. Looks like they tried to upgrade, but bug patch in ceiling and on wall. Sliding glass doors are green, curtains filthy. Outside: garbage, dirty diapers, cigarette butts, plastic bottles...lawn not mowed. Door has cobwebs and cracked glass...dumpster full and overflowing. Will not stay.there again. Have pictures.

I have been here since 7/22 due to knee surgery. I already did a review and received a response pertaining to a safety issue.i would have left that day of the issue however was still feeling down from surgery. Overall the place was good except for the issue of safety. I would have loved to get some discount or amenities for the remainder of my stay since i stayed another week and one day after a weeks stay. If they only knew what i went through to keep my wife quiet. I mean full blown Karen...This was my time of recovery...i do love giving reviews for i love reading them and this place had some pretty good ones...just had to keep it real
