"Check-in process had a few bumps due to a lack of communication between Expedia and Domblick. After an hour waiting outside the doors with no access code, a representative came to let us in.
Superb location in a pretty street of Schwerin.
Very clean throughout and all amenities functioned well. The stairway to the bedroom in the eaves was difficult to climb up and down even as a fit and healthy 29 year-old, though not impossible, but worth taking into consideration for accessibility. Lovely view of the Cathedral from the terrace."

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."

"Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und einladend! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant "The George" serviert ein köstliches Abendessen und das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sicherlich köstlich. Ich kann das Weinhaus Uhle sehr empfehlen.
Außerdem war es ein sehr schöner und einfacher Spaziergang zum Schloss Shwerin. In der Nähe gibt es so viele wunderbare Geschäfte, darunter ein Teeladen direkt gegenüber und ein Geschäft für Vintage-Kleidung im Block gegenüber vom Teeladen. "
