### 2 bedroom awesome home in Isfjorden

Welcome to Isfjorden in Romsdal.  
  
This cottage has the most spectacular view from the living room window. The cottage is cozy and brightly decorated and can accommodate 4 people. The terrace is covered, so a lot of time can be spent outdoors here. The view can be enjoyed in any weather and the property and garden offer plenty of space.  
  
Romsdalen is located between Åndalsnes and Bjorli. Here you will also find Trollveggen, the highest vertical rock face in Europe with 1000 meters. Åndalsnes opened a gondola lift, Romsdalsgondolen, in 2021\. On the way up, you can enjoy a 365-degree view of Romsdalshorn, Vengetindene and the beautiful Rauma River. Nearby is also Stigfossen, an impressive natural stone bridge.  
  
Rosenes by, Molde, is definitely worth a visit and is just over an hour from the cottage. Deep in Eikedalsvatnet is hit one of the highest free waterfalls in Northern Europe, Mardalsfossen.

#### Fantastic view

We stayed at the cabin for a week at the end of august and enjoyed it al lost. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The best feature is the big panorama window with view over fjord and mountains. We had several great hiking possibilities very near and were fishing right in front of the cabin and caught same big mackerels for the first time in our life! The only negativ item is the road directly in front of the house, which is quite loud. Sitting outside on the nice terrasse was no too noisy.

#### Stunning place to be - if you don’t mind the constant noise of traffic

Genuinely, I think this is the most beautiful part of the world I’ve ever visited. The scenery is everywhere… truly spectacular and on a huge scale. And the cabin, while small, was perfectly formed for our little family of 4\. With fishing right on the doorstep (across a main road but I’ll come back to that). We saw a golden eagle fly past one day, and a shoal of dog fish breaking the mirror like surface of the fjord another. And the location was great - we went to litlefjalet, up on the gondola, to Trollstigen, out to eat in Åndasnes, and swimming in an amazing swimming pool in Molde (Moldebadet). The only downside of our stay, and the reason I’m giving 4 not 5, is the closeness of the cabin to a pretty main road, which cars, motorcycles, vans and lorries all speed along, which causes a lot of noise distracting from the otherwise idyllic surroundings.

Alles in Ordnung, nicht hervorragend, aber ausreichend.Für das Niveau im Vergleich mit anderen Häuser eher überteuert.Der Parkplatz muss besser beschrieben werden, sonst entstehen gefährliche Situationen auf der tagsüber eher gut gefahrene Straße.

#### 3 Erwachsene mit Hund

Großartiger Blick über das Wasser, sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Leider sind die Etagenbetten für einen erwachsenen Mann nicht geeignet. Darauf hätte hingewiesen werden sollen. Gut wäre auch ein Hinweis auf die Schnellstraße ohne Bürgersteig gewesen...zum Glück haben wir einen Trampelpfad auf die höher gelegene kleine Straße gefunden. Ansonsten wäre ein Abendspaziergang unmöglich gewesen. Die Umgebung und das Wetter haben dies ausgeglichen!
