"It was so awful. Trash everywhere, from the halls, lobby, parking lot, pool, and even the room. Room still wasn’t ready at 5pm had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned while my family of 5 sat in the car and waited. The whole place was disgusting. We stayed 30 minutes and left. I didn’t feel comfortable ..."
