“We actually got here after 10:00 at night because we went to cedar point and we're going to the Toledo zoo in the morning the lady in the office was super nice really helpful. The room was clean the pillows and bed were comfortable nothing fancy but a nice place to put your head down to get some rest!”

“No towels to use at th pool, the water in the pool was very cold. Breakfast, was jess then to be desired (ran out of yougurt, fruit and cinnamon rolls) went down several times and there were enough seating to eat in the dinning room.”

“The room smelled absolutely horrible to attend the pool it was $15 per person and only 12 people out of the whole hotel were allowed in the pool room at once the frame to the door in the room they put me in was broken like one hard push and it would’ve opened staff was very rude and refused to check me out of the home I left anyways of course because I refuse to stay in a room with a broken door the beds in the room had stains on the blankets and there was stuff smashed in the carpet and mold in……

“Don’t believe the pictures online! No hot water the boiler broke and they could not give an idea when it would be fixed or any updates. We actually left a day early because of it. The continental breakfast was so disappointing. I have never written a bad review before but this was just so disappointing!!!! I ask for a refund for the night we had no hot water, still haven’t heard back…probably won’t!”
