The room was nice. Beds were very comfortable except the towels were too tiny to even wrap around yourself and one of the towels had black all over it.

Beds were firm and comfortable. Shower pressure was great with hot water. Towels were worn out and had terrible stains on them. Sheets were clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly.
Staff was reasonable
Apearance of the property was run down.
The room was the high point which is what matters anyways as it was clean and well maintained with excellent water pressure and heat.
You get the basics , but they are quite comfortable .
Try the Vietnamese restaurant next door, very good!
I was expecting the worst, last minute booking because of a wildfire evacuation. The room was "modern" in appearance with good sized mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. Tons of high-pressure hot water. The tub was older along with the interior pain job. Big TV with tons of channels and a super cold A/C.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the negative reviews but it was perfectly fine.
Beds were pretty stiff but the room and sheets were all clean. Didn’t find an ice machine and the property is definitely older but everything worked and we were close to downtown Reno
So convenient to walk downtown. Not the best neighborhood. Checking in was fine. Postage stamp sized parking lot. Elevator was helpful for hauling coolers and luggage pieces. The room was clean and the AirCon worked real good, but there were several issues:
Sheets, comforter, pillowcase and towels were stained and or yellowed.
Small cockroaches on the floor.
Soap bar was super small and broken in pieces.
No hair dryer in room.
We only stayed one night but kept our luggage off the floor and zipped shut.
You get what you pay for…
It clearly stated no smoking allowed but the whole complex reeked of cigarettes especially the front check in office. There were stains on my bed sheets upon arrival and the floor turned my infant children’s socks black. Other tenants were rude and constantly banging on walls/ceilings. Will not be staying again.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was dirty. Overall the hallways were dirty. The window in the room didn’t lock. It was zero security. After being there a short while I went to the front desk and said I couldn’t stay there she refunded my deposit, but kept the $30per fee for my two dogs.
Bring your own shampoo. Rooms are small but everything else was good. The beds are a bit to firm for my liking but overall a good stay. You can see Circus circus and Silverado from the rooms picks are from mine.

It was fine. We were in an older rooms but had friends in the same place that had nicer and cleaner rooms. We felt safe enough. But we weren’t staying with kids either. Happy for what I paid for the room, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
The only good things were the bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and pressure in the shower.
The property was filthy, (I noticed the pile of feces, I think human, behind the dumpster in the parking lot).
I had to interact with the only staff member I saw through bulletproof glass. He wouldn't even let me in the lobby.
The only amenity was a bar of soap; not even any shampoo, conditioner or lotion
It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for, not much
I booked a King sized bed and when I arrived was given 2 small very uncomfortable beds. I asked to be moved and was told they were sold out. was given the choice to take a refund and leave or deal with it.
Also the bathroom had not been cleaned there was soap still in the shower, hair in the shower and trash on the back of the toilet seat.
