Car Rental Nampo-dong

There's so much to do in Nampo-dong, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Organize a set of wheels and you can meander around the greater area at your own pace. Add these fantastic destinations to your travel plan:

• Head off to Jeonju for a fantastic sightseeing experience. Roughly 120 miles from Nampo-dong, it's home to lots of inspiring sights, including Jeonju Hanok Village.
• Around 55 miles away, Gyeongju is also a favorite with wanderers. Make time to check out Hwangnidan-gil Road while you're here. It's one of the reasons people love staying a while in this colorful city.
• Find your way to N Seoul Tower for a day out in nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just relax in the fresh air. From Nampo-dong, it's around 200 miles away.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in South Korea, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll have to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some other things to note to rent a car internationally are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be at least 25 in most countries to rent a car. If you're younger, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Make sure you read the fine print before you drive away. With rental cars, you usually can't cross country borders, drive on ferries or on off-road areas with a rental vehicle.
