"My kids love the set up way too much. They cried out loud when we check out... All amenities and facilities are well equipped. Though the hotel is located above a seafood restaurant, which leaves the smell around the apartment quite strong, it becomes a pro while we can actually enjoy the seafood served by the restaurant downstair easily and conveniently in our room. Nothing to complain and we will definitely book this hotel again when we are back to Busan 1 day. The people in the restaurant...

"Highly recommend this hotel! It was lunar New Year, and the hotel owner worked the lobby and parking garage so he can give his staff the holiday off. He was very accommodating and helped us do an early check in. The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxation! It is walking distance from Jagalchi, BIFF, Gukje/Bupyeong market, and the Fashion district. Thank you for our amazing stay! I will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom. "

"Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. "The service at this hotel is exceptional — easily the best I’ve experienced. I had a migraine and asked about early check-in. They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isn’t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep — even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out. "
