There are lots of things to see and do in Ortahisar, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Organize a set of wheels and you can wander around the greater area at your leisure. Add these awesome destinations to your itinerary:

• Make tracks to Erzurum for a fantastic sightseeing experience. Roughly 110 miles from Ortahisar, it's home to many cool attractions, including Palandöken Mountain.
• Your next pit stop? Consider Rize, which is around 40 miles away. Rize Castle is one local draw card you won't want to miss.
• Get out into nature and inhale the fresh air at Nemrut Mountain National Park. You'll find it roughly 210 miles from Ortahisar.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Türkiye, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be able to rent a car.
