3/5 - Okay
Would have been more interesting to go inside, which we did not do. Marvelous and huge work of engineering, but not much of a sight.

We went to the "free tour" of the dam. The movie at the first was very interesting, then you get on a bus that takes you to the observation point, down on the road to the other side (Brazil), then back on top of the dam back to Paraguay side. I understand the tours are the same on both sides, but the Paraguay side is free. I was hoping to go INSIDE the dam, but that is called the "technical tour" and you have to schedule that 14 days in advance. At any rate, it is a really impressive construction feat.
