1BR/1BA Walk-Out Basement W/Hot Tub Pet Friendly

Comfortable and cozy walk out basement, all conveniences within walking distance. The space offers you a keyless private entrance with it's own yard for your four-legged friend to run around in. All within a quick trip to Branson, Springfield Bass Pro, and both hospitals within a 15 to 20 minute drive.

Enjoy our refreshed modern space, with all the amenities you need. Stream your favorite shows or enjoy the hot tub after a long day; whether it's for a weekend or for a longer stay.

The space
The entire walk out basement is for guests, with a private keypad entry. There is a locked door separating the upstairs level from the basement. The space consists of 1 bedroom with an adjustable Serta mattress, a pull out couch, closet, etc. 1 full bath includes walk-in shower with plenty of towels, washcloths, as well as shower essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes). This space has a full size kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, Keurig coffee maker, along with all necessary utensils to cook and clean up. We have wifi, along with desk area for all your work needs. We welcome families with kids and pets (Pet limit is 5 per Airbnb, we welcome all types of pets). There is a separated fenced yard for your convenience and pets comfort.

Other Things to Note
You are welcome to use the sunroom with a hot tub. This area will be accessed by host on occasion for maintenance.

The upper floor houses the hosts which consist of a 2 adults and 3 kids, with a dog and a cat.

Guest access
Guest will park in side yard, walk along the side of the house, and through the gate. A lighted path will guide you to the door.
Other things to note
We have 3 kids, sometimes they can be noisy during the day. If you are needing to rest during daytime hours, earplugs will be provided.

This is our second time to stay here. It is close to my son and all of Republic. Very easy to access the property. The host makes you feel at home with snacks and drinks they leave for you.

If you’re looking for a perfect Air B&B, seriously stop scrolling! I’ve never been more excited to leave my feedback. This spot is perfect and feels just like home! Very clean, nice, and accommodating. From the hot tub to the drinks and snacks inside. This host communicated perfectly, leaving us with no questions and a beautiful stay. Coming off the road from an 8 hour drive, this was the perfect spot! If you’re in the area, this is a must stay! Dog friendly! Hot showers, washer and dryer, and more! The pictures don’t do it justice, this place is perfect!
