The only issue i had was that i had reserved a king size room and i got a queen room. I was not told what was kind of room i was getting. Although my room was pre paid i was told that the booking platforms dont always guarantee what kind of room is given. Other than that hotel is in good area & clean.

Visitor's center is full of rewarding geological displays and multi-media programs and a notice gift shop. Roads to explore the site are primitive, so make sure vehicle has good shock absorbers.
