The staff were courteous but this is a pretty rundown hotel. It's hard to tell from photos online how it will be in person. They furniture, carpeting, and surfaces were dingy and dated. I'm not a picky eater but the muffin I grabbed to go was so stale that I threw it away after one bite. There wasn't even free WiFi. I regret paying $150 per night for what felt more like an $80-per-night motel experience.

"When we arrived, the unit we had reserved had not been cleaned. We called the offsite (no onsite personnel) number. The person tried putting us in the unit next door. It also hadn't been cleaned.
