"This was a beautiful condo and PERFECT location in commuting to the conference I was attending at Margaritaville. I was disheartened on arriving and seeing the deck under reconstruction, didn't see that when I originally booked my reservation as that would've been a deal breaker for me. Otherwise nice condo with nice furnishings, I would definitely look at this one again for next years conferences."

"My friends and I loved our stay at Jason’s house. The view to the lake was awesome with a spacious balcony to have meals and chat. Jason is a very responsive host - we felt that whatever issue occurred, it could be sorted out shortly. I will recommend Jason’s house to my friends and we hope to come back there one day!"

"Everything was perfect and beat expectations. The house was cozy, and the 360 lake views (through an all glass wall design) was serene. The kitchen is compact but was well equipped; it was able to handle needs for a short stay. Both bed rooms are good size and good for kids or adults. All in all perfect for a family getaway - one you can enjoy all four seasons."

"The condo was very nice. I loved the location. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was a water bottle left in the master bedroom, i it definitely hasn’t been dusted in a while. The coffee pot and keurig had a lot of lime build up in them. Actually so much that we wouldn’t use either. There was a bottle of many shampoo that was left in the bathroom leaving me to suggest that the tub had not been properly cleaned."

"All great except the elevators situation. They were working off and on. We were scared to ride them for fear of getting trapped. Had to use the stairs quite a bit. When we called Dana, she got them working very quickly though."
