The facility was fine. Lobby was very ordinary for a "Grand" motel, more geared to their waterpark. Only 11 rooms that night so breakfast was on a table in the lobby. Great location and spacious unit. Steps are narrow and steep, so any mobility issues should be cautioned. We really enjoyed the kitchen and the modern appliances/kitchen tools. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Living space made it entertaining for all guests.
