“Overall the property was okay. The room had several issues. Two of the lights in the room didn’t work. The outlet on the nightstand didn’t work either. The bathroom door lock was broken and wouldn’t stay latched. My son slept on the pull out couch and it was horrible. The mattress was awful. Staff was kind and helpful and it was a great location but the rooms need to be fixed up.”

“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. “I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”
