All updated appliances. Extremely clean and well kept. The view is spectacular! The place exceeded our expectations. Super cute and cozy. Very comfortable. Quiet. Clean. All the good things! It has a roomy bathroom, cozy little bedroom. The kitchen has everything needed. The patio, let me just say, that was phenomenal! So much room to relax and have dinner after our fishing excursion. We sat outside and enjoyed the river view, ate dinner, and relaxed comfortably. We arrived fairly late in the evening and pulled in to a deer greeting us :). We saw her again the next day after we got back from fishing. Riggins is an adorable town. Our 7 year old son loved sleeping in the loft. We cooked our meals here every night, and enjoyed the view from the back porch.
