This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is in a prime location and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is on the first floor and has a large, covered balcony with views of nature and the sea. In the immediate vicinity are the beach, pool, leisure centre and diving pool, as well as a restaurant and café/bar with a wonderful panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay. Go shopping in Rijeka, visit the sights and stroll around the market. In Opatija you will find some of the best restaurants in Croatia. A long walk along the coast is not far from the house.

Discover the Kvarner Bay, the islands and the Risnjak and Plitvice Lakes National Parks, as well as the Uka Nature Park.

Super Urlaub

Alles war super. Die Lage, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auswahl der Restaurant in der Nähe, die Schlüsselübergabe und das Apartment. Wir wurde sehr freundlich mit einer Einweisung im Apartment empfangen. Es gab ein problem mit der Waschmaschiene, das aber durch ein tolles Engagement gleich beseitigt wurde. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Vom Check-In bis zum Schluss, alles super. Die Vermieterin sehr, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung war top und Preisleistungsverhältnis einfach super. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche dort und es war mehr als groß genug um sich auch mal aus dem weg zu gehen. Balkon mit Meerblick und es war ruhig, dafür das die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung nehmen.

Sehr gute Zeit in Rijeka

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen, wenn wir in der Region wieder Urlaub machen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, geräumig, hat zwei Schlafzimmer, großen Wohnzimmer, zwei WCs und viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (nur eine Mikrowelle hat gefehlt). Auf dem Balkon konnte man zu viert ganz gemütlich sitzen. Mit dem Standort waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Über eine kurze Treppe konnte innerhalb von 3 Minuten ein sauberer und gepflegter Strand erreicht werden. Direkt am Strand befand sich ein großer Sportkomplex, was sehr vorteilhaft für die Strandbesucher war, denn wir durften Teile der Infrastruktur kostenlos mitnutzen, wie z.B. Toiletten, Aufzug des Parkhauses (wenn man nicht über die Treppe gehen wollte). Außerdem gab es kostenlosen Duschen, Cafes, Restaurant, Eisdielen und eine Taucherschule. Der Strand gehört zu den saubersten in Rijeka. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung 12 Autominuten von Touristenhotspot Opatja entfernt. Sollte einem nicht genug Action in Rijeka sein, kann man entsprechend nach Opatja fahren:-) Insgesamt sehr gelungener Urlaub in Kroatien!

Die Ferienwohnung lag für uns sehr günstig, um Ausflüge nach Pula und Slowenien einerseits und zur Insel Krk und den Plitvicer Seen andererseits zu machen. Nahe an Rijeka (mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und einen Katzensprung zum (Kies-) Strand - perfekt!Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, wenn auch nicht luxuriös. Danach hatten wir aber auch nicht gesucht. Alles in allem sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur mit der Espressomaschine hatten wir ein paar Schwierigkeiten. Scheint ein älteres Modell zu sein, dass mehr Geräusche als Kaffee produziert, aber wir kamen damit zurecht. Herd, Kühlschrank etc. waren hervorragend.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war auch kein Problem, dass wir viel früher als angekündigt dort aufkreuzten. Sie kam sofort vorbei und hat auch sonst immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür!Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend! Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!
