I did not enjoyed my stay here at all. The building and deco is old and need updating. Location is great and the only brownie point. I wouldn't choose to stay there again . Towels and bedding clean but so old that from white went to almost grey

Je suis une habituée de cet établissement. Cette fois-ci, je l'ai trouvé un peu abandonné... Dans la salle de bains j'ai trouvé des articles cassés ou très vieux: lunettes des WC, robinet du lavabo, la climatisation bruyante dans fonctionner...

Os recepcionistas são ríspidos e grossos. Nem parecem que trabalham com hospitalidade. O banheiro estava sujo e encardido. As toalhas também velhas e encardidas. O quarto cheira a mofo. Piso lascados, ralos abertos e quebrados. Se esse hotel já foi 4 estrelas, deve ter sido há muitos anos.

EXPERIÊNCIA PESSIMA. NÃO RECOMENDO

Experiência ruim. Não voltaria a ficar hospedado. Ar condicionado do quarto na gelava, passei a estadia inteira questionando na recepção e nada era feita para resolver. Vou anexar uma foto de como ficava vazando água do aparelho. Cafe da manhã ruim. Pães duros (aparentemente velho), café com sabor ruim, sem variedades. A única coisa positiva foi o atendimento das camareiras. Internet não funcionava bem e nem o computador de uso comum aos hospedes. Pelo porte e preço das diárias as condições eram para serem beeeeem melhores.

Todo muy bonito solo el traslado del aeropuerto hacia el hotel nos tocó un taxi carísimo que nos cobró 1260 reales casi 5000 pesos, considero que fue alto y quizá el servicio de taxi por parte del hotel sería una buena opción

The hotel rooms are so dirty the walls and sheets are all cover with dirt and stains The washrooms has mold all around the shower and the toilet seat was so old and stained with yellow color The contains was not even washed and clean Dust on the desk and cupboard In general the his hotel has cleaning issues and not sure u fee what terms they got 4 stars

Desconforto com cliente cobrando sem ter consumo

Foi mais ou menos estadia até que tava ok mas as condições do quarto não tava muito legal ar-condicionado muito antigo sem manutenção, quarto com rodapés estufados roupa de cama suja, fora que cobraram água e salgadinho sendo que nao foi consumido nada do quarto porque compramos tudo no mercado água. Coca essas coisas. Piscina não com apenas 80 cm com horário do terraço até as 22h ou seja depois desse horário não tem mais nada no hotel.
