Estávamos em família, 5 pessoas e o apartamento da Maitê e Nívio nos atendeu muito bem. Muito bem montado, com tudo que precisamos para nossa estadia. Localização excelente e para nós que estávamos de carro a vaga na garagem do prédio foi um ótimo conforto. Recomendamos!

Em primeiro lugar quero falar do atendimento do Nívio, excelente tudo que precisamos nos atendeu muito bem. No dia em chegamos fomos recebido pela Maitê e Nívio, que nos deixou muito a vontade. Com relação ao apto, bem é fiel as fotos, tudo muito limpo, banheiro, lençóis e cozinha, muito equipado com todos talheres e utensílios, pra mim que gosto de cozinhar foi ótimo não faltou nada. bem com relação ao local eu sou suspeito para falar porque gosto muito daquela região perto de tudo shopping bons restaurante e choperia, bem foi fantástico.o pessoal da portaria excelente muito educado e prestativo Maitê e Nívio muito obrigado por tudo. Voltaremos em breve. Abraços.

A viagem maravilhosa que fizemos começou pela recepção de Nivio e sua esposa Maitê, pessoas finíssimas e super alto astral. Surpreendente!

O apartamento é muito interessante. Em primeiro lugar fomos muito bem recebidos, Nivio e Maitê grandes anfitriões, nos deixaram a vontade. O apartamento tem uma localização fantástica perto da praia e de dois shoppings. Não tem nenhum cheiro de mofo e é muito arejado. Tem ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Os banheiros são ótimos e as roupas de cama e toalhas muito boas. Os porteiros são super gentis e também tem garagem. Enfim vale muito a pena recomendo e com certeza voltarei.

* Primeiramente fomos muito bem recebidos pelos proprietários Nívio e Maite. * O apartamento em ótimo estado, bem conservado e limpinho. * Localização perfeita, próximo aos shoppings, restaurantes, barzinhos, praia, lagoa (dá pra se fazer tudo a pé) e também ao lado da nova estação de metrô linha 4. * Resumindo foram dias maravilhosos e com certeza o apartamento contribuiu para isso, com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Imóvel excelente, localização fantástica (cinco minutos a pé da praia ou da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas), tudo exatamente como descrito. Podem alugar este ap. Sem medo! Aluguei por 3 diárias e fui muitíssimo bem recebida pela proprietária, um doce de pessoa, lá tudo é muito limpo e em ótimo estado de conservação, a Wi-Fi funciona até no banheiro...rs sem falar que é muitoooo bem localizado, supermercado, padarias, shopping, e os melhores restaurantes...sem falar que ficamos à apanas alguns passos da praia e do ótimo comércio de Ipanema.. Você faz tudo sem necessidade de carro... Voltarei mais vezes!!! E já indiquei para vários amigos! Foi tudo perfeito! Obrigada!

Ótimo apartamento. Corresponde exatamente às informações constantes no site. Super limpo, ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Os proprietários são extremamente gentis e educados. Voltaria com certeza!

Fui em 2 casais e o apartamento nos acomodou muito bem. Os banheiros são ótimos, as camas, lençóis, cozinha e tudo mais. A localização também é muito boa, ao lado de 2 shoppings, onde encontramos tudo que era necessário e ao lado de todo o comércio do RJ, perto da praia também. A proprietária foi muito atenciosa em todos os momentos bem como os funcionários do prédio. Voltaria com certeza!

Ótimo!

A localização é excelente: o prédio fica em frente ao Rio Design Leblon e ao lado do Shopping Leblon (atravessa-se apenas uma rua). Em cinco minutos de caminhada, já estamos pisando na areia da praia. O apartamento é muito confortável e silencioso, com acabamento cuidadoso. Tem TV a cabo na sala, na suíte e no quarto e uma cozinha bem equipada e bastante funcional.
