"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

"The Villa has an extraordinary View of the Lake where you can gaze upon, during the day as well as nights. The kitchen has everything one needs and the rooms and bathrooms we're spacious and clean. We were there as a group with 2 Kids. For the Kids are toys to play with. Just down the road is a Restaurant that is very nice. Great place to stay!"

The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. "

"This property is very stylish and of outstanding quality. Both the indoor and outdoor living space is designed perfectly for comfort. It is also very well equipped. The pool is just as big as it looks in the photos! The property is conveniently located for amenities and exploring many wonderful places on Lake Maggiore. "This house had many nice features, including the very large room size. The living room, dining room, patio and bedrooms were airy and comfortable.The deck overlooking the train and lake was very nice and we used it most evenings. The trains are pretty quiet and didn't bother us at all, in fact we kind of enjoyed them. Belgirate had a few good restaurants and a nice walk along the river although we stayed there for its proximity to Stresa which is an active town with many restaurants and...

"Das Haus ist völlig ok, es hat alles was man braucht. Auch wenn es komplett aus der Zeit der 70ger ist. Das Grundstück ist grandios, 5000m2!! Sehr gepflegt, super schön u d direkt am Wasser, zum baden, schwimmen und relaxen. Alles vorhanden, agrill, etc...Die gezeigten Fotos reichen nicht aus, um die Größe darzustellen. Terasse toll und super toll gelegen. 10min zu Fuß zum Supermercato. "

"What a lovely family holiday, great location and beautiful villa. The kids loved the canoe and swimming in the lake. The trip to the island was certainly worth doing and the restaurants and bars in Orta were great. We ate at Villa Crespi one day which is very close to the Villa less than a 5 minute walk! If you like the Michelin star experience its definitely worth booking before your holiday. Great holiday. "
