“Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. “We spent 5 wonderful days in May at the Belvedere. The rooms have an incredible lake view and are just lovely. The breakfast, included, has a generous selection. We dined 3 nights at the hotel restaurant which is absolutely elegant and offers delicious food. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The island is very small and everything is “right there”. Definitely a place we will remember and go back to!”

“We booked this B&B for one night but wish we'd stayed longer. Our hosts, Katerina and Valerio were magnificent in every way. Our room and facilities were perfect. You can step out of the bedroom into a lovely garden/patio with tables and chairs where you can watch the sun go down over the mountains. Excellent breakfast too. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk away..... We went to the one opposite the church. The food was amazing... especially if you like Porcini mushrooms! This place……

“Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate.”

“Great hotel! I stayed here with my dad during the Oceanman event. The location is perfect, as it's only a few meters from the start area of the Half Oceanman race. We received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The pizza was delicious, light, and well prepared. Besides the standard pizza options, they also offer some unique signature creations (see picture). My dad enjoyed a glass of wine and was very happy with it as……
