Canyelles Petites, in the resort 4 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, from the sea, 60 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 12.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. In the house: WiFi. Shop 150 m, grocery, supermarket 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 20 m, café, pedestrian zone 30 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Canyelles Petites" 60 m, swimming bay 60 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 24 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 10 km, sports centre 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuático Aquabrava Roses 6 km, Skydive y túnel del viento Empuriabrava 11 km, Cadaqués 18 km, Castillo y casino de Perelada 25 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 24 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 24 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Roses. Additional accommodations can be booked. The apartments are built on terraced land and set on a hillside. The apartments' terraces are intercommunicated so there is little privacy. Access to the individual apartments and the swimming pool down some steps. The apartments are situated 60 m from the Canyelles Petites beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa Brava. Please note: The residence requests no noise after 23:00 hrs. Exception: ES9410.383.1, with terrace and private entrance. Available private garage in all apartments except the es9410.383.3 Pease note : apartments without heating.

points positifs: près de la plage literie des chambres correctes. Points négatifs Trop chaud à l’intérieur pas de climatisation pas même un ventilateur Le canapé n'est pas adapté pour deux personnes de plus ce réfrigérateur qui soit dit en passant était sale fait beaucoup bruit.Pas de lave vaisselle un simple seau en guise de poubelle, Prix trop élevé pour le manque de prestations (a rénové)

apartment good office handling poor

The apartment was clean and in a good location of Roses. However Interhome should use a lock box at the apartment for keys rather than making us find their office in another part of Roses altogether. We also had to again go to the office for payment of linen and a local tax-this could have been done on the internet as other payments were done. Finally a 3rd trip to the office to return keys. # trips to the office in 4 days is too much. Note there was a garage but no door handle or lock.
