The location of the house is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket for your convenience and only 300 meters from the sandy beach "Roses", providing you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean in just a few minutes. Additionally, you will find various entertainment options within reach, such as the "Salata" amusement park 1 km away and the "Aqua Brava" water park at the same distance. If you want to explore nature, the house is strategically located 5 km from the natural park "Aiguamolls". For golf lovers, the "Castello Nou" Golf Course is located 8 km away.
