Holidayhome Prudenci was a great spacious apartment. It was clean and it's biggest eye catcher was the stunning view of the sea, the harbour and Roses itself. The neighbourhood is quiet and on a dead-end road. The property is centrally located with respect to nature, the beach, and supermarkets, but you do need a car to reach everything.The checkin was easy. We just had to pickup the key at the Interhome office in Roses. All in all, we had a great week. Good value for money.Positive: stunning view, central locationNegative: a bit limited cooking facilities/cutlery

Cómodo, amplio, y vistas espectaculares

Positivo:Vistas espectaculares. Éramos 3 personas y estuvimos muy cómodo. Tiene todo el menaje de casa y cocina necesario. Negativo: los colchones están ya muy blandos, no son muy cómodos. Hay mucho mosquito, al estar entre árboles y no hay mosquiteras. Tuvimos mala suerte porque varias casas cerca estaban de obras y había mucho ruido desde las 7 am. A tener en cuenta: Se puede aparcar en frente. Al apto se accede x tramo largo de escaleras solamente, no apto para movilidad reducida.

Wohnung mit Top Ausicht

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine Top Ausicht, auch war die Wohnung weitgehend sauber. Leider sind die Parkmöglichkeiten ziemich begrenzt, mit einem größeren Auto ist es problematisch, zu praken. Dies sollte nochmals seperat in der Anzeige erwähnt werden.

Boeken vanwege het uitzicht

Basic appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Er waren wel wat minpunten, zo was het draaimechanisme van het zonnescherm afgebroken en moesten we er een mes tussen doen op het scherm open en dicht te kunnen doen met veel pijn en moeite. Meubelen erg basic, bed was een opklapstretcher met hoofdbord, sliep niet fantastisch. De rode kussentjes op de foto zijn er niet, enkel de plastic stoeltjes. In dit geval maakte het uitzicht wel echt alles goed, daarom zeker de moeite waard om te boeken. Roses centrum ca. 3 km bergafwaarts (en daarna dus weer bergopwaarts) te lopen, hebben wij maar 1 keer gedaan maar met de auto of scooter prima te doen.

Appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement où la vue sur la baie de Rosas est extraordinaire et on a des couchers de soleil magnifiques. La terrasse est grande et au calme .L‘appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, exposé au Sud, nous recommandons sans hésitation.
