Leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy a serene country getaway just minutes from the action! Sip coffee on the front porch or relax on the screened-in back porch — no mosquitos, just peace and quiet. Our pet-friendly home has space for dogs, a Level 2 EV charger, and just 10 minutes from Round Top, home to the nation’s largest antique fair and the Festival Institute with year-round concerts and a film festival. Come relax, explore, and make yourself at home — we can’t wait to host you!

Our place has 2 queen beds, 2 baths, and a full kitchen with a Keurig. You can cook, grill outside, or just relax on the screened-in patio while taking in the serene countryside. Simple, comfortable, and easy — everything you need for a restful Round Top stay.

Pet Policy
We love welcoming dogs! Guests may bring up to two dogs per stay for a flat fee of $50. Please let us know about your pets in advance so we can note them on your reservation.

Just like when you’re traveling with young children, we ask that you stick to a few common-sense rules:
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Dogs should not be left unattended in the home.
- Please bring your own bowls and supplies for your pet.
- Kindly clean up after your dog — both indoors and outdoors.

If an unreported pet is discovered or rules are not followed, a $200 fee will apply and your stay may be ended without refund.

Great place for our two couples! Location is convenient for visiting The Original Round Top Antiques Fair - not too close and not too far. Host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Round Top Getaway~

This home is charming & my husband & I really enjoyed our stay! Lots of extra attention to detail, practical lay-out & it’s also very quiet & comfortable. I loved the screened in back porch & also being able to walk outside & view the stars at night, was simply magical. We will definitely come back!

Adorable property/ Clean/ Great location

We absolutely loved this property. The property is even better than the pictures. It was clean and comfy. The decor was great. Great for a weekend getaway in the country but close to Roundtop with great shopping and wonderful restaurants. My family had a wonderful time. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Take a long walk down the road to see the beautiful countryside.

Decorum in Round Top

Our family all met at this house to exchange gifts for Christmas since we are all over Texas. This is the cutest, cozy house! Both quaint and refined in the interior decor, making it quite the treat. Unbelievably clean, stocked with everything you need and an enjoyable screened in patio to enjoy some quit time. The host was responsive and fantastic. A+ customer service with the booking and didn't miss a beat with Christmas decorations to boot.

Farmhouse Charm- spring time in Texas

This was a great place for to stay with a dear friend for girl time during Round Top's annual antique fair. The home is so warm and well-appointed, comfortable bedding, great back porch, and - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care that we had a wonderful stay."

Lovely cottage!

Close to Round Top, peaceful property and beautiful home! We loved our stay here. We didn’t know everything in town is closed Monday through Wednesday, which is when we stayed. But luckily, the house was so nice we enjoyed ourselves regardless! We will be back!

The home is so cute and is very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful to walk outside and see all the stars with my granddaughter. It’s about a 10 minute drive into Round Top. Great communication with the management company. Wish we could have stayed longer. Look forward to coming back!

Fun Mom & Daughter Shopping Weekend!

This house was AMAZING!! It as beautiful and I did not want to leave! The hospitality was great and it was super clean with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again! Its secluded enough to be quiet for a peaceful nights sleep but about a 10-15 minute drive (depending on show traffic, there was a back way that was super convenient to Blue Hills) from the square in Round Top. I wish I had some friends in town to do a dinner party because the screened in porch was Everything! My Mom and I really enjoyed this house! We both had our wonderful bedrooms and own full bathrooms and everything was decorated so cute!! I also loved all of the "clean living" additions, water filters, coffee pods, filtered water ready in the fridge! I definitely noticed the extra welcoming touches! Thank you! Can't wait to go back!

Ideal atmosphere and home to experience Round Top

Perfectly appointed with anything you would want or need without all the things you don’t want or need. If clean and fresh is your happy place you will be very happy here. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful picturesque little drive to Round Top. Communication was easy and owner and property manager very welcoming and available. Only item in wish list would be one king size bed. Will be back!
