On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 2'500 m2, garden (not fenced). Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: trampoline, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Rudník - pivovar" 2 km, thermal baths "Janské Lázně" 14 km.
