“The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The attendant was very helpful. I asked for something they didn't have on the first day and the next day, it was there. It is gratifying to be heard and made to feel important. My only issue was the wifi. It was very spotty during the day. At 6am, it was wonderful. At 7am, I couldn't get or stay connected.”

“We reserved two rooms. Room 1 had no mattress covers, uncertain stains on the mattress, and bare flat sheet coverings. Room 2 had basic mattress cover. Room 2 had a blow dryer, while room 1 did not, even though it was on ammenities list. Room 1 had an operating fridge, room 2 did not. Neither room had a microwave, but the facility had them in the lobby, so we requested 2. Room 1 had uncertain black material on the bathroom floor with caulked tub, shower, and floor molding, while room 2 had……

“I booked off the pictures...not quite what we got. The carpet was filthy..sloppy paint job,whenever that was done and just beat up. Upside..the sheets and towels where clean. The breakfast was very good too. Staff was nice.. There you go.”

“On website, a free full breakfast was advertised, on the sign at the hotel it said Free dessert, so I asked and she said warm peach cobbler every evening, so I went ahead and booked thru Expedia as it was $15 cheaper than she quoted. It also said free dessert 9 pm to 12 pm on my key envelope. Two of the 3 lights in the room did not work at all, there was no ice in the ice machine, the pop machine was empty and off, there was a sign on the breakfast door that said “no breakfast served today”……
