“We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it……

“Very helpful staff. Rooms have everything we needed, from good soaps and pool towels to dish detergent, silverware, pots, and dish sponges. We didn’t need to bring anything. Room was clean and smelled good. Lots of amenities, game room was fun, multiple pools. This was great for our family, good value for the price, and convenient location. We will stay here again!”

“Was a wonderful stay except for the cold morning shower on first day, will say there weee a lot of pageant and ball teams there but if not for the cold shower would have given a 5 stars. Cobbler, cookies and ice cream of an evening a very nice touch. Clean rooms and good beds.”

“It was a clean, comfortable room and property although a bit outdated. The breakfast was good, but had the same items each day. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much.”

“The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room……
