“This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. ”

“Hour late at check in and no concern to resolve it even after explaining I had traveled 13 hours with a 3 year old. No upgrade to a clean room or offer of show tickets (its a timeshare). Also did not get a patio even though expedia listed a patio included and I paid a higher rate for it. Staff could care less since I refused the timeshare presentation and paid for my room upfront. ”

“It was a palce to sleep. Rooms was large and clean. the building is a maze with a main building and a back building we were in. The steps in the back were filthy with debri both days. Also the room is so light with an inadequate curtain and lights in the outside hallway it was hard to sleep.”

“It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything.”

“The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. ”

“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? He told me his daughter had a room and just left her there!! So after about 30minutes i……

“It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok”
