It is spacious and located in the village of Runovii, near the town of Imotski. The interior consists of the ground floor and the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a fitness room with various board games. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare your favourite specialities. The property is fully fenced and there is an outbuilding with covered parking about 10 metres away. The large pool with sun terrace offers refreshment. There is a playground for children and sports enthusiasts can explore the countryside on bicycles through the vineyards and hiking trails. Right next to the house there is a tennis court, basketball hoop, football goals and badminton net. There is also a vineyard and an orchard in the immediate vicinity where you can sample the seasonal fruit and vegetables. Like the nearby Red Lake, it lies in a deep sinkhole possibly formed by the collapse of an enormous underground cave. The total depth from the upper rim is around 220 meters, while water depth varies with season. In spring, when the snow from surrounding mountains melts, it can reach 90 m, and in 1914 it reached 114 m, overflowing the southern rim. The lake is a popular destination for hiking and sight-seeing. Maximum dimensions of the lake are around 800×500 m, but they significantly vary due to big changes in the water level. At the end of the summer the lake may completely disappear. In 1907 a road was built descending to the lake.
